We have a few standard conditions, as follows:
- You must provide us with your username/password/paths to your website, in order that we can install our test script. Ask your webspace provider for these if you do not already know them.
- You must answer any standard questions asked by us in relation to the installation of the script.
- We can only provide refunds after the payment has been processed. This is to prevent any charge-backs from the credit card company. A credit card company does not simply refund your payment. They also charge the vendor a "processing fee". This means that it will cost us.
- We will refund via paypal.com.
- This guarantee is valid up to 30 days from the purchase of the software.
We are keen that the software should be affordable to all. Therefore I have endeavoured to set the price of the software to the lowest possible rates.
